Rah Crawford’s W2Earth Collection on Exhibit at Starr Bar

Bushwick, Brooklyn — Creative pioneer and Bushwick resident Rah Crawford has been actively creating and collaborating in the community for the past 7 years. As a former TEDx Bushwick speaker, TEDx Co-organizer and previously working as a guest creative director for the Bushwick Film Festival, Rah has collaborated on a variety of projects to inspire the community. His 2011 mural inscribed with the phrase ‘No Muse, No Art’ was one of the first large scale murals to debut on St. Nicholas and Troutman st. which foreshadowed the mural renaissance that soon followed.

Rah’s latest designs from his W2Earth Collection will be exhibited at Starr Bar located at 214 Starr st. beginning February. This colorful assemblage of illustrated animals created in Rah’s signature style of hand brushed letter forms is visually striking. These works have been printed onto a blend of organic hemp and cotton and will hang unstretched and unbound.
